    Hi, after I update to latest alpha of WordPress 5.7, I realized all default WordPress themes got installed
    Is WordPress beta package always contains that?

    If there are theme updates in trunk then the update will install it those as well. It gets real aggravating when a trunk update installs a lower version of Akismet.

    The Beta Tester plugin doesn’t package what’s in trunk, it just updates to it.

    Another question, does bleeding edge/nightlies channel originated from bug scrubs?

    Big scrubs are independent. But the Bleeding edge nightly channel does contain the latest commits to to trunk.
